We handle the creative process end to end. From ideas and concepts to guided scripts, everything is prepared in advance. We also make sure your tone, delivery, and energy align with the brand persona we are building, so nothing feels forced or out of character.

All you need to prepare is the location. We currently cover Windhoek, Walvis Bay, and Swakopmund. For other locations in Namibia, travel arrangements can be discussed.

We don’t post content just to stay active. Every month, we create a strategic content calendar aligned with your brand goals and direction.

You’ll receive the full calendar at the beginning of each month so you know exactly what will be published and when. To keep production and posting on schedule, we ask for feedback or approval within 48 hours.

All content created for your brand belongs fully to you.

We may feature selected work in our portfolio to showcase results and highlight successful collaborations, but ownership of the assets always remains with your business.

To begin, we require a 70% deposit to initiate strategy and production. For ongoing monthly services, invoices are issued on an agreed date each month. Please note that all prices are exclusive of VAT.

Once we agree to proceed, we’ll walk you through everything in detail. You’ll receive a complete set of documents, including a Scope of Work, Service Agreement, and Terms of Payment.

This ensures expectations, timelines, and responsibilities are clearly defined before production begins. We believe transparency from the start allows you to focus on showing up for your brand, while we handle the strategy and execution behind the scenes.
